FacebookLiterally the worst letting company in Newport - Avoid!
I have moved out of a property 28 days ago, still not received my deposit.
I am no longer in the country, moved out of the property but Luscombe can’t make contact with a landlord to issue funds.
Not ideal having £750 being withheld, imagine if you needed it for another property deposit?
Multiple issues during the tenancy, incorrectly advertised property.
Non furnished but moved into the property with furniture dumped after an “inspection” was carried out.
No parking space allotted to the flat for the first 4 days as they didn’t know the space number.
We made a complaint we had an apology and a £20 offer to rectify admin chargers for incorrect parking arrangements in insurance documents.
Multiple issues with the flat...
Broken washing machine when we first moved in, dirty flat (had to request cleaning) and reported issues with the bathroom (this never got fixed even after 9 months of tenancy) plumbers didn’t show up for appointments even though we took time out of our work schedule to be home.
Avoid!!!!

Luscombe ensured new tenants were found with no delay at all. So, no void period.
