Both have been very friendly helpful & knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and its tremendous staff the two people I dealt with were highly professional in their conduct.

Google***BE AWARE*** THIS COMPANY DO NOTHING TO HELP WITH NIGHTMARE TENANTS. WE HAVE HAD TO MOVE TO AVOID A NOISY NEIGHBOUR AS THEY DO NOT TAKE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEIR TENANTS SERIOUSLY.
Hi Lauren, This is the second review you have left under a different name regarding the same issue. 4 months ago we responded to that review and since then the matter was being handled by Newport City Council as legally required. We have tried to help and given advice to all parties on how best to deal with the reported issues within the limits of our authority and law. There is nothing more than this than we can do. If Newport Council were unable to assist then no further action was requred on our part. We are sorry that we cannot be of anymore assistance but it is out of our control.
