GoogleAbout to start a tenancy with Luscombe and co, the process has been very quick and easy. They’ve been very patient with us while we’ve had to make arrangements regarding our old tenancy. We’ve been communicating with Lauren via email and phone call and she’s been amazing!

Googletrying to get an appointment to view a property is impossible unless it fits in with their routine. like many clients, i work full time so am only able to view first thing or early evening. Luscombe's management's stance is...we do viewings between 10.30 and 5.00 or not at all. i feel sorry for the Landlords who are trusting Luscombes to do a good job on their behalf as this clearly doesn't happen. And if they promise to ring you back.......forget it!!!

We have been corresponding with you trying to negotiate a time, offering you lunch times and various other time slots, we have also offered you Saturday viewings which you have also been unable to attend. We have also noted twice in writing, that as you are working, if you could let us know a time that we could call you to discuss a suitable appointment; this has not yet been provided. We understand that people work, which is why we have been asking when you are free for us to discuss this. When our staff attend viewings, they do this on their own, and go to meet unknown individuals in this case, in an empty property. For us to attend a late viewing without the back up of our safety procedures in place, we would be putting our staff at risk, which is something we are not willing to do. If you would like to confirm a time that we are able to call you, we will do so to arrange a suitable appointment.

GoogleLloyd and Lauren at Luscombe Sales worked endlessly hard in what proved to be a very long and exhausting process to keep our purchase going. They were professional, friendly and helpful with potential solutions throughout and Lauren was brilliant at keeping us up to date and chasing the chain for information. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

DO NOT USE!! Incredibly unprofessional when dealing with complaints. The responses I have received in regards to a nuisance tenant have been incredulous.The attitude from Anna and Demi has been disgusting, quite frankly they require retraining in customer service.

GoogleWorst letting agents ever dealt with. Lies to tenants and landlords. Charged landlords for work not carried out. Ignorant to tenants, been fleecing the landlords for years charging 400 for home inspection and reporting all was well when actual fact past tenants trashed place and left loads behind. Lushcombe stated it was all from landlord....not true. When we got in touch with landlord she stated house was empty when she left. More lies. Shame on you lushcombe for being less than human and taking landlord for a ride. LANDLORDS AND TENANTS BEWARE! Please get in touch if you feel this isn't accurate. Currently landlord is in process of taking them to court .its that bad. message to lushcombe. .....stop trading, you are no good at what you do.SHAME ON YOU.

Hi Richard, I am sorry that you feel this way, but the facts that you have stated appear to have been mis-represented at some point. We have already replied to the landlord with her concerns and in fact, have provided her with the various email correspondence and inventories proving that the statements that you have made are incorrect. We cannot provide you with the exact correspondence due to the date protection act, however I would advise that you speak with your landlord further and ask her in regards to the emails we have sent, along with her statement of accounts and charges. The statements made are bias and without any proof as we have already disproved these to the landlord herself. We provided the landlord with an option to arrange the needed works at the property or if they could not be carried out, that it would be best that we hand back management; the landlord then chose to deal with everything herself. We wish you luck in the future and hope the tenancy goes well

Communication is excellent and this has ensured that both myself and tenants receive prompt, professional service. Any problems or issues are dealt with quickly, minimising stress and inconvenience.
