A recent example a tenant had a ceiling collapse, they got the problem fixed in last than 8 hours and restored the property to full working order following the water leak that had occured. I am very pleased recommend Luscombe & Co as a company that cares about their clients, tenants and staff.

GoogleUpdate a bit late.....all fixed now thanks.....Sorry to write this..but after 7 months of rain coming into living room due to guttering not being fit for use, water running down internal wall onto light switch and rising damp reaching the ceiling with black mould on ceiling .Should not be stressed out every time it rains...wall is black with mould and despite repeated complaints via various apps and email nothing is happening. Once guttering is fixed then it will go up to 5 stars .Might put fire service on speed dial because water and electricity don't really mix
