GoogleIt's a couple of years since I wrote my last review. There is no change; all remains good. Luscombe provide an excellent service, good communication with both tenants and landlords. They also managed people's safety through covid. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI believe things happen for a reason and I thank my lucky stars that the day I walked into Luscombe and Co to ask about the management of rental properties was probably one of the most important days in my life. Over time, I have seen the agency evolve into a very orchestrated office from the quick turnaround response to queries or the management providing live on line landlord events. With my hand on my heart, I can honestly say that Luscombe and Co are always one step ahead of their competitors and I would recommend any potential landlord (or even if you are looking to change Estate Agents) to initiate a dialogue with the agency to learn what services are available for landlords.

GoogleL&Co have managed my property really well since 2014 when I had to move abroad on quite short notice. I always expected to sell up but L&Co do such a great job of taking the hassle out of being a landlord which means great service for owners and tenants alike, particularly when works needs doing and L&Co can leverage their extensive approved providers. In recent years I've dealt almost exclusively with Lauren who has maintained the same standards I've become accustomed to, but given it more of a personalised touch in doing so. Five stars to L&Co plus Lauren from me!

GoogleI have used a number of agents to manage my property over the years and Luscombe have been far and away the best. For over 7 years they have always worked to the highest standards with excellent communication and any matters have been dealt with promptly and professionally. The whole team work really hard to ensure the rental process is as hassle free as possible from both landlord and tenant perspectives. This has led to more reliable, secure and longer term lets, which is clearly advantageous for everyone. I have never been given a reason to consider taking my busines elsewhere and would recommend the to anyone looking for the best service from a letting agent in the area.

We took the services of Luscombe &Co for the task and it has been a wonderful decision. Lauren from Luscombe guided us through the entire process. She was very professional and prompt with the documentation. Since we were very new to this process we had a lot of queries, which she dealt with very empathetically.
