They gave excellent advice on where to purchase new properties in line with the current rental demand and how to ensure the properties meet all current safety standards. They have their finger on the pulse of the rental market and that current market knowledge is invaluable. As landlords who care about the upkeep of our properties and the tenants in home experience we always get really solid advice from Luscombe And Co. Their comprehensive pre tenancy checks make sure we get tenants that are a good match for the properties we have on offer. Finishing on the best quality Luscombe And Co offer. It is their personal touch and excellent communication. We are now entering into our 4th year of our rental property with Luscombe & Co and what more can I say. The staff are always pleasant and polite and can’t do enough to make our tenancy run smoothly. It was a great pleasure dealing with Lauren and she has tailored the houses as per my requirement and helped in finding a house close to schools and other amenties. GoogleWe made a concerted effort to locate accommodation in Newport. However, we had the opportunity to click on the Luscombe agency, which is quite organised and rigorous in providing tenants with rental houses. We continue to be impressed with Lauren's dedication, coordination with the tenant and landlord, and the transparency they uphold in all channels. "Lauran" was the Point of Contact with us who was assisting me in making the change so quickly from the beginning. I hope things keep going the way it is.

GoogleThe worst letting agency I've had to deal with in near a decade of renting. They will put on a show up until signing/ acquiring your money. Here's a brief summary of problems I encountered as a tenant: Unclear fees prior to signing, Poorly maintained properties. Repairs going unanswered for long periods of times. Sales staff turning up with no prior warning. Refusal to remove broken or old furniture. Unmanaged communal areas despite being a HMO. Insect/bug ridden kitchen. Communal areas awash with items from tenants from years ago. Refusal to fix faulty wifi despite this being included in the monthly rent.

GoogleI was trying really hard to find an accomadation in Newport as I had to relocate from Liverpool on Job basis, Searching on tenancy app portals couldn't be any tougher than this and this is where I got a change to hit a click on Luscombe agency who is very well descplined and organized in catering the properities to let to their tenants. I was and I am still impressed with their commitment and coordination with Tenant and Lanlord and the transperancy between both channels they maintain was appluadable. Since begning "Felicia" was the Point of Conatct with me who was helping me make transition so smootly and swiftly. I wish it continues as it is.

They made the process of moving in as smooth and as stress-free as possible, and have always answered all our queries promptly and in a courteous way. All the maintenance issues we've had in our property have been addressed and actioned on adequately and professionally. The communication with all the team has always been easy too. The person who helped me was Anna she went the extra mile all the time for me and always keeping me updated through every step of the process. Everything was explained clearly, I reported a problem to do with the cooker and somebody came out the same day they are so efficient and really do care about their tenants. I am so glad I used them as an agent.

They are excellent at dealing with repairs in a very timely manner, something I can't say I've experienced before! Lauren especially has been really helpful to us, and the whole team are nice and friendly.
