GoogleIf anyone would like to find out why see photos attached - after getting they keys to a new property this was the state we found it in - needless to say due to renting we got most of the money back apart from our holding fee but seeing it back on the market so soon after with an increase in rent feel like I need to warn people.

Some works had already been agreed with you prior to collecting keys to be done on a specific date with which you were in agreement and aware before collecting the keys. The landlord has carried out and instructed for the minor works to be completed at the property. GoogleI've been a tenant through Luscombe & Co since early 2020 and always had a pleasant experience. Easy to use portal for quick repairs. Any emails or contact have been handled quickly and in a friendly fashion either by Dawn or Lauren, and been guided through any changes to my tenancy, especially recently with the Renting Homes act changes. Recommend for tenants.

However I'd like to give a shout out to a lovely woman called Felicia who deals with our inspections. She is always so respectful and kind. She makes the inspections so comfortable and shes been really understanding with our situation recently. We'd happily recommend luscombe & Co to anyone 🥰

Lauren, which I had a pleasure to chat to several times, is just a lovely person on all levels. When there's loads of chancers out there, Luscombe is definitelly not one of them. Awesome service.
