Think Twice Before Using This Agency They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, and in my opinion, adding Newport Heart to the process multiplies that stress enormously. At the start, when valuing the house and getting it on the market, they couldn’t do enough for me. Their sales pitch was smooth and convincing. But once I was officially on their books, things quickly went downhill. Communication became virtually non-existent. Customer care felt like an afterthought. The escalation process was embarrassing and unhelpful, and several staff members came across as rude. The responses I received felt generic and dismissive, as though I wasn’t a valued customer at all. From my experience, if you’re a buyer, they seem willing to bend over backwards for you, but as a seller, it felt like I was expected to bend over backwards for them. Overall, I found the service to be unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. This is just my experience, but I would strongly suggest thinking carefully before choosing to use this agency.

The Newport team made the daunting task of selling my first home, really simple from booking the valuation right through to completion. When booking the valuation the team were friendly, interested and accommodating to my busy schedule. The valuation was carried out by Levi, who was enthusiastic and interested in what I want wanted from the sale in terms of timescale, marketing and price. The valuation was fair and the house sold within a few viewings (first few days on t he market) for the price I wanted. Lauren and Levi kept me in the loop with the process and answered any queries I had promptly. Would recommend them highly.

Haart are your typical estate agent. They would probably benefit taking on a full-time receptionist to pick up the phones, as it is a nightmare to get hold of them. But when spoken to any of the team, they are all extremely helpful. Olivia is great and she will definitely resolve any issues. 👍

Having dealt positively with haart in the past I had no hesitations in contacting them again regarding the sale and also let of my home. Levi was nothing short of friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and no questions asked were left unanswered. I would highly reccomend haart to anybody thinking of selling/renting their home, zoe (letting agent) was also all of the above and found her knowledge of the industry to be extensive also. We sold our house with Haart in Newport recently and have been very impressed with the service provided by the team there - Levi who initially valued the house and was very knowledgeable about the local market, providing good examples of other sales, etc. There was no hard sell to choose Haart and we liked this approach. Viewings were managed by Jasmine, Jonathan and Danielle and we were always kept updated on feedback and new viewings. Unfortunately our house sale fell through just before Christmas but the team were quick to get new viewings in place which was managed by Danielle - very pleased with her professional, proactive and friendly approach which helped us to sell our house.
