As a landlord, don’t waste your time with any other rental company. Haart are tenacious, hard working and full of positive energy. They go the extra mile at all angles. Our house had it’s photos, inventory, photos uploaded online and had all paperwork completed and a resident living in it within the space of 3 weeks! They will stop at nothing. We had few days/daily check in until the house was rented. We were with another agency at first and in 2 months had NO viewings. So we moved to Haart who even collected the keys for us from the other agency as we had moved country. We had viewings immediately and the photographer was outstanding! He also spent his own free time using his drone for us to get beautiful pictures of the views. We moved over to Haart from another agency and we have no regrets. Better pictures. Constant communication. Amazing advice and planning next steps so we have no empty property. Email replies late into 10pm! Fast response rate. Weekend working, taking the job into a hobby. Passionate staff. If you are not happy with your current rental agency as a land lord please move to Haart even if you lose a fee with your current rental company. I promise you will make the money back tenfolds with having a property filled in no time at all! I would like to especially thank Ash for being on constant communication and advice and photos at all times of the day and night! He also collected our keys and went to the property many times to get it right for us. Dave for his amazing drone skills and taking even more photos, working on his weekends and finding us a tenant! Jack for helping us with viewings and offering updates too. Absolute dream team! (A property has to be sold online first. Haart’s dedication to their photos and videos are what first got our viewers in finally and then the rest was history with the team they have at the helm. I wish I could share the difference in photo skill, quality (and time) from our previous rental company experience, you will just have to believe me!)

I enjoyed excellent and personable service from my sales consultant Connor Deakin, who arranged viewings for me and recommended/suggested other appropriate properties within my budget. Connor showed me around a property I was interested in, and was happy to answer all my questions candidly and professionally. He was very easy to engage with regarding arranging and rearranging viewings, and when I called to explain that I'd had an offer accepted on another property, he was hugely congratulatory. I didn't feel at all pressured, and really appreciated his manner and charm throughout our interactions. He even wished me a pleasant holiday, as he'd remembered that I had mentioned I was going away. I would recommend Haart if Mr Deakin is any gauge of what earnest professionalism and personability one could expect from their roster.

Excellent customer service - I recently dealt with Leanne Spiers and David Hale, both of whom were efficient, concise and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. Leanne assisted me with getting a maintenance issue rectified at my property, when the Landlord's contracter said I would have to wait a week to get it rectified, Leanne went out of her way to liaise with the Landlord directly to get the problem fixed more promptly. I would also like to add she has a friendly disposition and an excellent phone manner. David helped me sorting out arranging leaving my property and sourcing a reference from the letting agent, he was very helpful and ensured my reference was sent to the right people and sent back in a timely fashion.
