Callum came to do the valuation and was really helpful and was very informative about the whole process and keeping us updated with a lovely friendly approach. Danielle was also extremely informative with viewings and keeping us updated at all times. GoogleHaart have been great so far in helping us with our first buy-to-let property set up. Ash has been very friendly and professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble. All of our questions were answered clearly and the portal has been very useful for displaying the information and what was needed from us. Ash was available on short notice to view the property and take excellent quality photos and video. We had a potential tenant interested that same day who moved in a week later. GoogleLeanne has been fantastic, I had initially some teething problems with tenants in one of my properties and Leanne took control of the situation and went above and beyond to ensure everything was ironed out and the tenancy continued.
