GoogleFor disclosure I have been using the services of Haart for close to 20 years now to manage my rental property in Cardiff. I've been very happy with the management and communications regarding issues for repairs etc. that have arisen - In particular just yesterday/today I was notified of water ingress via broken guttering - and have been particularly impressed with the rapid communication of the issue by Property Manager - Olivier King, getting a quote for repairs and swiftly contacting me again for approval. Clearly this is exactly what one wants - taking responsibility and working hard for a rapid solution - to minimise the inconvenience for the tennants, and importantly prevent more serious damages occuring through delays.

GoogleWe have been in discussion with Haart for a few weeks about arranging to view a house and once we got what we needed done in order to view the house, Haart bent over backwards to accommodate. When we viewed the house Emma from the Newport branch showed us round the house. We were given a lot more time than we normally would expect and this was due to we wanted the viewing to be as in depth as possible as we had to travel an hour to get there and with our working schedules more than 1 visit isn't really an option. This was very generous of Emma/Haart to allow this and it was very much appreciated. Can't recommend this estate agent enough.
