GoogleAs a landlord the service I have recieved from Haart has been dreadful. Getting work done has been extremely difficult I have been trying to organise for some time. No idea if the work has happened or not as now they are not replying to emails. I have partially paid for the work which isn't shown on my monthly statement and they have withheld the entire amount. Can't find out what is happening as they are not replying to emails.
Update 30 November, still owe me money and still not relying to emails. Landlords get a bad reputation but here is a landlord who would like to invest in my property but finding it very difficult to. Still don't know if the work is done and why they are withholding funds.

GooglePoor experience as a tenant. Managed properties are left in a state of disrepair, despite reporting all issues well ahead of time. Incorrect inventory and no repair team attached to the property management thus difficult to get repairs actioned and issues following legislated practices. I would strongly recommend using a different letting agent. Disorganised, chaotic, difficult to get ahold of anyone. Thank the lord I no longer have to rent with these cowboys.
