Bought a property through haart. Couldn’t fault them at all. Callum House showed us around the property and helped up negotiate a price as we really loved the property. Then the buying processed was handed over to Emma Caddick who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Always chased up every couple of days with both solicitors to check on the progress. Always answers emails/calls straight away. Definitely helped put our mind at ease in the stresses that come with buying a house.

Currently in the process of renting a property with Haart Newport. Had a brilliant viewing with Jack and brilliant help at the start of the process from Chloe! 👏🏻 However trying to get answers and information as to what is happening with contracts and keys is proving to be extremely stressful. I have spoken to multiple different staff that tell me they'll pass on a message and someone will get back to me yet have heard nothing despite the fact I was told I could pick up keys today & having booked time off work to do so!
