This is the first time I'm leaving a review for an estate agent as I feel the name is worthy and too great not to get a mention. So I met up with a rep from Haart estate agent, the rep (Jake Gage) was the person who I was booked for a viewing with, he was well dressed, very polite, well spoken and most of all welcomed me with a smile, unlike others estate agents Jake knew ins and outs of the property and answered every question I had asked. Also unlike other estate agents who sometimes felt like they didn't want to be there I received a follow up call which was a nice touch as it showed that my view of the property mattered and if Haart could do anything to help. After a lengthy and exchange of pleasantries Jake had found a property which met my criteria and sent an advert. I truly felt very valued and must say I will be dealing with Haart going forward as if Haart have agents like Jake who I must say is a great asset to the firm then I will be recommending them to friends and family. I wish I could give more stars.

The worst agency company ever I rented a house from them. The landlord didn't do or fix anything in the house. I wasted so much time to email and call them without any responses. I paid for people to clear the trash before I moved in, fixed the lofts and repainted the whole house, plus repaired everything. I also gave them notice for leaving, give them keys back, cleaned the house and they reported, claimed against me due to breaching the term of tenancy which is untrue. A lady from Landlord Insurance told me those following things which are claimed by Haart: 1. They said I didn't give notice for my leaving: I did on both email and phone call (evidence is still there) 2. They said I didn't give them keys (I gave them back 1 day before I left). My neighbours are witnessed and also have CCTV for handing the keys 3. They said on the day they come to show people house, I still live there.????? Such a nonsense. How they can say the things that aren't real or they are trying to take deposit? Absolutely nightmare company, unprofessional and useless

Awful. Be aware! I loose with them 1 000£ hopefully I'll have back another 1000. 3 months off my life wasted. They promise to me if I have their mortgage advisors I will have an extra service to see for property before they going on the market... since they have my money no chance for conversation. They returned back property(how they said for me with construction and roof problems)for same money with same descriptions (good property for first time buyer) with not any chance to have this property without cash in hand straight. Please be aware to have a same trap which I have.

Excellent experience from start till end. Recently rented a second property from them. Viewing started with one of their team members i.e. Chloe Gunter and she is very professional and calm, answered each and every question we were asking and also giving suggestions in regards to the property. She was never in a hurry and let us view the property as long as we have wished. Excellent experience after viewing and necessary documentation which we were thoroughly guided. Ashley Cooke as always make it simple and easy, thanks to him as well. There are few things that need improvement i.e. they need to add up more phone lines because its hard to connect. Email response time could be better.

I feel very delighted with the service offered by the Haart company but especially with the agent David Hale. I don't know what I would have done without him!!! He is the one who appeared out of nowhere, being the most serious and fast, it goes without saying that his professionalism is impeccable. He has great elegance from his appearance to the completion of the service. He is one of the greats and for me he is the best agent I found in Wales. I was very pleased with the quality of photos that he took and the detail to make the photos give the property its potential. Emma Lou then took on the property for viewings. I was with haart for six years renting a property. When experiencing an issue I can not fault Leanne on the property management team. She was so understanding, empathetic and really put all of her efforts in to helping us resolve the issue we had- she didn’t make us feel like a bother which made the situation so much easier to handle. I’d recommend anyone renting from haart- just simply knowing that Leanne would take great care of them if any trouble arised. Great asset to the team

Terrible service landlord was shocking lived in my flat for 9 months when moving had to remove previous tenants bathroom bin which was full of sanitary products as it was just left there had no working fire alarms or co2 alarms they were made aware at the end of March mould all over the walls guttering has been blocked since moving It took me not paying my rent to get something done paying for a two bedroom but can only use one room as I have a baby and the ceiling in his room has all cracked with paint falling off it and it’s not safe my ceiling in my living room has been leaking for over three months but the contractor can’t Come till after Christmas! For yours and you children’s safety don’t rent from this company! As they do not care
