GoogleEmma Lou helped me book a viewing to a property recently and then showed me it and she was absolutely brilliant! She phoned me ahead of the viewing on the day to check everything was okay my end which I really appreciated! At the property, she was super helpful with informing me about the property and helping me with any questions I had. She was really friendly and made the whole experience lovely. Thank you!

GoogleAt best these guys are incompetent, at worse they are deceitful. They are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Numerous items in the house are dangerous, however I have bought them to the attention of the agent over two months ago, and nothing has been done. If I do want anything done, I have to absolutely hound them for weeks with numerous emails. How the whole team can be so incompetent, I really don’t know. We have been renting a house from them since September, and it has been non-stop issues. Nothing is ever fixed, emails are left unanswered, it takes days if not weeks to get back to us. Promises are constantly made and broken. We made a formal complaint more than three weeks ago, received the response seven days late with not even an apology. The response was again deceitful. It’s just wasting our time now and theirs. They don’t seem to even read their own contracts. Please do not use them. Go elsewhere.

GoogleGreat experience with Olivia King. Constantly keeping tabs on the contract and making sure no problems occur. Great customer service. Edit update: Olivia came to inspect the property. On time and quickly took her photos and left. Very polite and friendly. Weve not had an inspection since we moved in in 2021 but it was over and done with within a few minutes.
