GoogleI am a first time landlord and was naturally a bit worried about the process and how things would work. The staff at Newport made me feel at ease straight away and nothing ever seemed too much effort. They was able to get me a higher price that i initially thought which was great news. Everything is being managed by Haart which means that i don't have to get involved with the running of the property so that stress has been taken away. I would highly recommend Haart in Newport for all landlords at all levels.

GoogleThe team at Haart have assisted me with a friendly but professional approach from the start. I have no regrets renting my property out with Haart and dealing with their staff, such as Leanne. They've also helped me out when I needed property certification and to ensuren everything is in order, which can be a lot to handle by yourself!

GoogleIn February 2024 I tried to enquire with haart Newport about renting a property. They took all my details and never got back to me at all about viewings. I assumed perhaps they were more focused on their sales than their lettings. Now in October, when I tried to book viewings for properties to buy, they have told me they will make the bookings and then never confirmed, ghosting me two weeks running and wasting my time. Many of these reviews talk about how well haart treat their customers. I wouldn't know - they behave as if they don't want my business! They are clearly not making their best efforts to sell or let properties.
