We were not rushed and made to feel comfortable during the viewing, time taken to asnwer questions is especially important when making such a big decision to move.

GoogleCallum, the valuer, had originally arranged to call at 4pm on the day. However, on the day before, he telephoned and politely asked if he could call in earlier. I confirmed that this wouldn't be a problem. On the day, he kept me informed of what time he would arrive and if there would be any delay in getting here. During his visit, he was very professional and answered any questions I had. All in all, I would say an excellent service.

GoogleI have been letting my property for less than a year. I have tried several times to email and had no reply. I had to remind them that a property inspection was due they let the tenants down on two occasions and yet still no inspection. I have turned up to the property myself. It was all very professional until I had signed to get tenants in since then the management of the property has been non-existent. I was surprised that the good reviews on Google but if you want to see real reviews for landlords look at yell.com.

She has always been very professional and whenever I have a query, no matter what time of the day it is, she always responds very quickly. In fact, even when my queries are out of hours, I still get a prompt response which shows how much she goes above and beyond for the company. You can always count on her to get the work done, Haart are very lucky to have her.
