GoogleWe let our home out through HAART with the local office some 10-11 years ago. They promised a regular check on the house but this did not happen. Every time there was the slightest issue, they would contact us despite the fact we had taken out full gas, electric & water cover. Essentially we were dealt with by a variety of people who to be honest did not sound qualified to deal with letting peoples houses. Towards the end of our letting through HAART we had a couple of experiences we wish to share. We decided to sell OUR home and agreed to a valuation. The person sent around totally missed the fact we had a double detached garage, therefore under valuing the property. When we ceased our letting HAART made getting back OUR keys from the last tenants very difficult suggesting that WE should send a courier to collect OUR keys from the Newport office - what was wrong with posting them in a padded envelope using Recorded Delivery? Very disappointed regarding our experience with HAART, and based on our experience, we not recommend them.
