GoogleUnable to book a viewing as only one day was offered as block viewing. I offered 3 alternatives where I am available and was told 'if it doesn't sell we will call you back' I expressed dissatisfaction at this and was cold transferred to 'Justin' who, after explaining the situation told me to 'be dissatisfied!' whilst laughing. He then proceeded to get on his high horse and threatened to terminate the call after I told him I'm not his friend as he repeatedly called me 'my friend' in a condescending tone. Awful estate agent.

GoogleRubbish service and not reliable service tenant pays money on the first of the month and I still haven't received the money in my account and they lied to me that money would be in my account by the following day and upon checking no money and when I called again they are telling me that the tenant hasn't paid yet I saw with my two eyes the tenant bank account money had left her account.. so obviously they are,lying because they don't want to take responsibility 2 they came,to fix electrical stuff in my house so to be on the same standard when letting and the electric cans damaged 3 of my lights in the utility room leaving one,of the electric off the,ceiling and a hole 🕳 and when I emailed them with the issues they did not reply calling them to explain is just 1 excuse to the next The smoke alarm they fitted less than a month is,also making noise that had us,staying up all night 🌙 I'm so annoyed with the services this branch provides if they don't sort my issues out in the next couple of days I will take legal action
