I would give them a zero. My reasons behind this is that with certain properties in affluent Areas this estate agent picks and chooses who they give the properties to. They are really rude and I would not recommend sellers to go with this estate agent. They are really rude. Disgusting service .whoever is recommending them by giving them good reviews must be friends and family . No one in their right mind would give these lot good ratings.

If I could I would offer this estate agency 0 stars ⭐️! I don’t even know how to begin the awful experience that me and my partner had with them.We booked a view and after when we wanted to go to the office and proceed with the paperwork of the rental guess what? Delays because the landlord does not answer t give his approval,delays because the person in charge of the rentals is in holiday.Delays because the person that answers the phone has no idea what customer communication means! Just one random phone call from them sounded like this: Hi are you interested in one of our properties to rent? Yes! Would you like to book a viewing? We already viewed the property and we are waiting from 2 weeks ago for an answer from the landlord! Just a minute please.And she’s putting us on hold.After a few minutes someone else takes the line and she doesn’t even know why we we’re on hold! Seriously???? What is wrong with you people that work in that agency??? Just making people wait for you put them on hold on the phone delay them and stress them out to the maximum??? Do not! Like for nothing in the wold rent or buy a property that is managed by this agency !!! 0⭐️

Crook and Blight most definitely live up to their name! Avoid whether you are buying or selling! If I could give this agency no stars I would do. Buying a property through them was the worst experience ever. The member of staff showing us around on the first viewing, whilst polite, clearly knew nothing about the property or the area. But once we’d made an offer it was the elusive ‘George ‘ whom it quickly became apparent had no idea how to manage the sales process springing on us as we were about to exchange that the owner of the property at the top of the chain were only just making an offer on another home. We ended up having to move into temporary accommodation in order not to lose our buyer and being there two months before being able to move into our new home! The cheek of it came with ‘George’ calling one afternoon saying that he couldn’t get hold of our solicitor and why are we delaying completion?! Even once we’d exchanged their customer service was shocking and I ended up getting more assistance from the onward agent through whom I arranged key collection.

Visited a property in risca to veiw it. As I knocked the door one of cook and bright employees answered and said I’m sorry your not down to veiw the property. I showed her the email I had to veiw it at 12 she said sorry you have been double booked please wait in your car. After veiwing the property I made an offer and no one came back to me to say the offer was rejected or accepted. I have used lots of estate agents over the years to buy and sell properties and this one has the worse communication skills.

My experience of buying my first property through Crook and Blight was second to none. They were so helpful throughout the process, from booking viewings at the beginning to sales updates through the whole process. They were more than accommodating with arranging extra viewings at the property I was purchasing and the agents showing me around were always so friendly and welcoming! Would 100% reccomend Crook and Blight and would definitely be coming back in the future!! Thanks again team!

Would highly recommend Crook and Blight!! My family has always sold through them and I recently sold and bought a property through Crook and Bight. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and could guide me through sticky situations. They made a very stressful situation very easy - i didn't have to worry about a thing! I also have rental properties that I used to manage myself, they now manage them for me, was the best decision I made - the whole team are always happy to help.
