The agent that I met with to view the property was fantastic! Unfortunately I can't recall his name, however he was not only professional but warm, friendly and so helpful. Since then I have been in contact with Bethan who has been dealing with our rental application, credit checks etc and again I have found her to be very helpful and friendly and quick to respond to emails. The process of renting with Crook & Blight has definitely been slower than any lettings agent we have been with in the past but this is potentially down to them just being thorough.
