GoogleTried to rent off them but they refused us even though I offered to pay six months up front. I will never use them again as this happened more than once. Their slogan should be "Crook and blight - Our name says it all"
Hi Dann, We appreciate the feedback but disagree with the sentiment. Just because an applicant offers to pay rent up front, it does not follow that the application is automatically successful. We have a duty of care to our landlords and if other criteria is not met, we can not recommend the application and would support the landlord’s decision if they choose to reject it. FacebookCrook and Blight were very competitively priced and offered a great service for my house sale in Cwmbran. I was kept in the loop the whole time and they achieved a good price for me. Even during lock down they were able to progress the sale. I've seen my share of awful estate agents but C&B were really helpful and decent. Have already recommended them to a family member.

FacebookHave purchased 6 houses in my life so far and never have I been treated the way I was treated by Crook & Blight. Made us feel like we were being a nuisance when trying to put offers in. Not returning calls/emails. Moving the goal posts and generally trying to be very manipulative. Would NOT recommend and will actively try to avoid them in future.

GoogleWe viewed a few properties with Crook & Blight and they impressed us with their attitude and professionalism. So we decided to sell with them. From the off they were quick, professional and very competitive. The pictures were great, it was on the market in 24hrs and they handled all of the admin. etc. I didn't even have to return the sign! :) Would happily do business with them again.
