GoogleAwful company. I decided not to use them, because they were so pushy at the initial valuation meeting. All they were interested in was getting the contract signed there and then. Since then, and despite being told not to, they have plagued me with cold calls and emails. The latest one today, 3 months after being told not to contact me. As an aside, their valuation was completely unrealistic - way too high - in an attempt to con me into going with them. Their behaviour is the reason that estate agents have a bad name. GoogleIt has been the only estate agency that has actually followed up in a previous enquiry. You know when they tell you "unfortunately this property is not available anymore but we will get in touch once we find something that is suitable for you", but that never happens? Not with these guys. They actually got back to me almost a month later from my first enquiry, saying they found a property that might suit me. One of their estate agents, Alessio, called me, arranged the viewing for that same day, and he was nothing but professional and kind. We chatted about the house, he showed me everything, was also very curious on what type of home I was looking for and overall, it was just really nice speaking to him. Never felt rushed, never felt that they were not interested in what I had to say, never felt dismissed. Perfection. Definitely recommend.

GoogleVery good service from Christopher and Patricia at William H. Brown. Very efficient and thorough. Patricia was particularly helpful in pushing for the legal matters on the sale of my mother's property to go through as quickly as possible. Would highly recommend this firm.

GoogleWe sold our house with William H Brown and they were fantastic. They explained everything clearly from the start and we were sold within 2 weeks! When there were problems with our chain Patricia was amazing in sorting this out. Highly recommended!

GoogleThey misled me massively by putting my property on the market for below the reasonable asking price. There is a culture of deviousness throughout this office from top to bottom. And do you really think thar Sally Triggs is genuine? I think not!

GoogleAs a seller you want to really know the estate agents are doing their best to interact with potential buyers and to market your property with every tool possible. It seems throwing it out on right move is enough for a lot of agents. It is not often in this day and age where you get a personal call from an estate agent to ask how you are getting on with your search and checking to make sure you’ve seen updates on the properties for sale. The personal touch means a lot so Patricia thank you for all that you do to help people :)PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleCalled several times on a property to be told it needed some work (although still listed on Zoopla). Promised they would call me back when work completed only to find out today property was relisted on Tuesday, 6 days ago (property was never taken off Zoopla) and that an offer had already been taken😡. Estate Agent apologized as she THOUGHT everyone had been called back???? Shame on you!!! At times, it felt that there were too many obstacles to overcome and that we would never exchange!. However, With their help, support and expert guidance we have at last emerged from that tunnel!! Thank you so much for being so patient with this naïve seller and helping me to realise my aim to downsize and start a new chapter of my life.
