GoogleI have been in contact with Alessio Zani for a number of weeks in respect of viewing a rental property. The property in question is under renovation and viewing subsequenty delayed several times. Alessio has kept me informed consistently, and in a polite and professional manner. Much appreciated!

GoogleSusan OcConnor has been helping us (as first time landlords) and the process couldn't be any more smoother or efficient. She doesn't waste time and gives us clear no nonsense answers, she has also helped us find local electricians and plumbers. Incredible service. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe are pleased to write this review for Susan O'Connor. Renting out our property was a labour-intensive task and involved a lot of coordination within and outside the organisation. Sue handled the task exceptionally well and kept us informed about the developments at all times. She is a thorough professional and we are extremely happy with the service provided.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleSusan and Alesio showed my husband and I a rental property we were interested in. Both very kind and pleasant to work with, responded quickly to emails and calls, and were patient with us as we made our decision. Hope to find a property with them soon!

GoogleWell what can I say! WHB what lying cheats you are! Wouldn't even give one star! They have no morals, respect or consideration for their customers. No professionalism or courtesy. They have no remorse for any of their failings! They are by far the worst estate agents I have ever known. Do not make the mistake in dealing with these Cowboys!

GoogleAn absolute pleasure to deal with Susan again for our rental. Incredibly quick to find the right tenant for the property. Every aspect has been very smooth from start to finish, with continued support and advice if needed. Very professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. I can’t rate highly enough.

GoogleGreat correspondence from Daniella at William H Brown who kept me updated through the whole process of renting my first property was a very pleasant experience and would 100% use again. From the first phone call enquiring about the property to moving in was only a week! Thanks again!

GoogleHands down the most disorganised agency, I would avoid letting with them if possible. I consistently had out of office replies and no one informed me the lettings department moved to a different town. I had numerous issues over the last 12 months that I was with them, very disappointing.
