When my partner and I purchased our first home just over three months ago, Joseph Overhill from the William H Brown Newmarket office acted as our Mortgage Services Consultant, and we have only good things to say about him. We were initially introduced to Joe because we needed to have our finances looked over before viewing a property in Newmarket (to ensure we weren't time wasters). We already had a mortgage broker at the time, but after talking to Joe for 45 minutes, we knew we'd be far better off with him. We ended up purchasing a property about an hour from Newmarket, but this wasn't an issue for Joe. He walked us through the entire process, and answered every first-timer question we had. He was friendly, efficient, professional, and always filled us with confidence. We were also blown away by his responsiveness. There were several occasions when I emailed Joe saying something along the lines of "...could we discuss X at some point over the next few days?", and within 10 minutes he'd be on the phone answering our queries. Incredible service!
