Scott and Giovanni were the most patient in helping me search for a new flat according to my stringent requirements. Despite already knowing that we had a 2-month notice period, Scott continued to be very active in sharing updated listings with me that fit the flat options I was looking for, and most importantly my ideal move-in date. And Giovanni was the nicest in showing the apartments when we met, answering the questions and concerns I had. You both made me feel comfortable in sharing what I needed specifically, instead of pressurising us to make a decision rapidly (as some other agents might). Would not recommend renting from this branch. Constant miscommunications, flat was handed to me in disgraceful order - was sorted out by landlord thankfully but now months later and they still cause silly issues that waste time for a perfect tenant.

He paid close attention to what I wanted in an aparmtnet and showed me places that were just right for me and my budget. The website for LiFE Residential was simple to use and Scott knew a lot about the different apartments and helped me get a good deal on the one I liked best. I was happy with how friendly and clear Scott was when he talked to me. He made sure I understood everything and that I felt comfortable with my choice.
