Luca Safari - superb assistance

The assistance I received from Luca Safari over the past week has been nothing short of excellent. I had a broken kitchen appliance in my flat that I needed tor replace asap and Luca made sure there was fast and effectively communication between him, myself and the landlord. When there was confusion about what type of appliance was needed Luca ensured he explained everything to the landlord and ensured that things moved along swiftly and without a delay so we could get our appliance back as soon as possible. Luca was extremely helpful and responsive via phone and email. Returning both as soon as possible and ensuring to follow up where he said he would. I have never dealt with Luca previously but I am very glad I did for this issue especially as it was so demanding and I look forward to working with Luca again.

I have had a very positive experience working with Life Residential in managing my flat. The team especially Vanessa Hope (Director) and Gerda Kirveleviciute (the manager) have been professional, responsive, and reliable throughout. They have looked after the property well and have always been helpful whenever I needed support or advice. Communication has been smooth, and they have handled matters efficiently and professionally. Overall, it has been a pleasure working with them, and I appreciate their continued support and management of my property. Highly recommended.

Being a tenant with Life Residential…

Being a tenant with Life Residential was a very good experience, Adisa Shkupi was my building manager and she was always helpful and very quick answering my emails and concerns. All the maintenance issues that arose during my tenancy where fixed quick, and I always got a response to any concern I had. The move out process was also very easy, Adisa kept me updated with closing my accounts and releasing the deposit. Overall a smooth transaction.

The estate agent I dealt with was PUSHY and used a CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH on us. My girlfriend and I put an offer in on a flat and shortly after signing the contract with the agreed time, they said they couldn't do that day due to the landlords issue. Then the agent was very pushy, calling up multiple times to force another date we could do, he refused to take a no. Then when we ultimately said we don't want to do the later date they said that they are going to keep the £500+ 1 week holding deposit because it is OUR fault. I would just stay away from this company. Just BE CAUTIOUS AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND IT.
