We've been very happy with our tenant experience so far. Carlos DaSilva and the team at Life Residential have been proactive in helping us solve little issues in the flat (most notably the presence of mice and silver fishes). They've also been helpful in amending the inventory when we moved in.

GoogleThe best agency you can wish for! I first got in contact with Daemon Reah, he was very helpful since the beginning. Then my friends and I met other the other team of the agency and they were all nice and helping. Everyone is very professional and helpful. We found our dream flat and we just want to thank all the LiFE Residential Royal Wharf team. Can't recommend enough!

I had a very good experience with Sarah Legister who is my property manager. I had a problem that needed sorting which involved ordering new parts and making sure a door was secure. She acted very quickly and efficiently and really took the stress away for me so I was very happy! A big thank you.

The student rental flat had repairs required and it took some months for these to be attended to. At the end of the contract despite a very very thorough clean involving an army of friends and family, the company insisted on taking money out of deposits held to pay for a totally unnecessary professional deep clean.

The renewal process was made very easy with the help of the renewals team who followed up with the tenant, kept me informed and sorted all of the paperwork. I was really pleased with the excellent service I received and it was a relief not to have to worry about it all. Thank you.
