Life Residential manage our property very efficiently. They answer the phone and respond to emails promptly. A special mention for Rebecca Cannon in the Acton office - she really goes out of her way to resolve problems, liaising between landlord and tenant and ensuring that everything to do with the tenancy goes smoothly and satisfactorily for everyone concerned.

GoogleThey are a completely unprofessional organization. The list of issues I had with them during my tenancy were endless - more than 1 month when I moved in the hob was not working, bed was broken in one room, sinks in the bathrooms were blocked. Their property manager doesnt respond to any issues you point out, for the whole 1 year I stayed with them, none of the issues were addressed inspite of multiple reminders, they dont send bills in time. It has been 2 months since I vacated and I havent got my deposit back. Issues already existing while I moved in were pointed out again in the inventory checkout. I would highly recommend to stay away from any properties they are handling.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would like to commend Nicole who stepped into the breach when my Account Manager left. She was prompt and efficient and quickly set right a situation which would otherwise have annoyed a non-defaulting landlord. Obviously a person of significant experience and skillset put to good use even though she was only covering duty for the actual replacement manager.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. They will be attentive during the sales process but as soon as you sign on the dotted line you are bottom of the queue. They do not respond to queries or fix issues in the property despite having promised to do so. At the end of tenancy, they run a racket with a cleaning company to extort an inflated amount for cleaning and steaming from your deposit.

Life residential doesn't return deposit. It took long months to agree on deductions and even after all was agreed they didn't return the entire amount and manager stopped responding to emails or phone calls.
