In the main I’ve been really happy with the service offered by Life Residential. A particular mention of Sam who is a super star. My only negative feedback was an occasion where I had e-mailed Alex with feedback on the state of play in our flat, and some days later received a call from James asking me about all the matters that had already been addressed in my mail.Aside from that, 5 star service

As an overseas landlord having informed the LIFE Residential of my wish to inspect the London property in care just prior to my departure from home, I am glad that staff members stationed in Hong Kong as well as those in London could make prompt arrangement for my visit and give me good information and income and expenditure report for tax purpose within days upon my arrival. A highly efficient staff team !
