GoogleTheir brand manager, Claudia Nicholls, is very bad at communication and poor management. Going to get contract with them means that you have high chance of not getting your full deposit back and they will not send you money only if you go for distribution procedure which take ages. I will try avoid to get any cooperation with them.

GoogleThey didn’t provide an inventory list at moving in and tried to make unlawful charges when we moved out. They’ve been refusing to give us back ALL our deposit despite only £300 are in dispute. They tried to also make unlawful charges during the tenancy and stopped as soon as I quoted the renting law. They ignore our emails and keep delaying giving us the deposit. Through out the process of asking for the deposit back, we found that they didn’t insure the full amount of deposit we paid. Professional scammers.They will steal your deposit by unprotecting it, not returning it to you, suggesting bogus deductions AFTER it has been unprotected (which is against the law), and then ghosting you until you raise a deposit dispute.
