Amanda from this office has been an absolute pleasure to work with. With timely responses, truly trying to find properties that fit what you need and not just try to push a place they need to move onto you has been a breath of fresh air in the renting experience. On top of this, she went above and beyond her normal duties, helping us sort out a Foxton's referencing issue for our new flat, even though it was through a different agency. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in finding another flat if I needed to.

Found Foxtons extremely proactive and Goals oriented after other high street agents were unable to find a buyer. Their manager Kingshuk runs a really well polished team. Adrian was instrumental in achieving all technical steps from sales, viewings, handling accounts enquiries and supporting buyers solicitors with mandatory paperwork for stair casing processes. It was good experience with Foxton Estate. My Agent Maruf is always available to give answers to my phone calls and I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. Appalling lack of transparency, 5 months of silence followed by an “ambush” claim

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

Foxtons has been a great help in my property search journey, especially Adrian has been amazing. He brings in a great positive attitude, understood my needs and always kept me in mind when ever a suitable property came up. Not only this, he also helped me in narrowing down my search criteria, especially with the concept of Location/Price/Property....one may not always get all 3 of this especially with a set budget, this helped me understand what I shall be looking for. He is always looking to help, bringing in various ideas as to how to utilize space around the properties he showed, how to make projects around the houses and much more, never got such detailed information from any other agents. Although our property search was not easy by any means, Pritam and her team at foxtons made sure we had a nice place to stay. Our initial property was cancelled a couple days before the move in date and left us couch surfing for 2 weeks. A huge disappointment from start to finish

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.

I am a fist time buyer and I started looking for a property from September. I use so many agency and visit so many flats in order to see what is on market. Some of the agency they wouldn’t event bother to reply on my request and some they called me 3months after I requested viewing. Mohammed I saw a flat that was listed on Rightmove and requested viewing. It was listed by Foxton. Mohammed called me the same day and send me a list with properties that match my creteria and he even propose to show me a flat that was in different area from the one I was serching. Flat was amazing and now I am in proces of buying it. Thai just shows in what level their customers service is. I have only positive feedbacks for Foxton and the team that looked after me all this time and especially Mohammed who is so passioned about his job and made my experience so pleasant and less stressful. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.
