GoogleKevin Patel at Foxtons Stratford branch. What a charming man! We finally decided to go with another agent who offered us a cheaper rate and was more local to our property but Mr Patel made it very hard for us to make that decision. So, why add a review? Because I believe he is sincere and trustworthy. Estate Agents have a reputation for being untrustworthy. We have viewed properties with many agencies but Adrian was the only one who called me with recommendations for viewings! Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.

GoogleGreat experience with Foxtons. They took excellent pictures, handled all the viewings and found us a buyer at 98.5% of asking price within a few weeks. We dealt mainly with Beatrice Rogers who made sure we kept our buyer despite delays related to our purchase extending the transaction. Overall we found Foxtons to be well worth the higher fee - can’t imagine selling with anyone else!

GoogleGreat service and communication from start to finish. We appointed Foxtons to sell my mother's property in Stratford. From the moment we went to Foxtons office in Stratford, we were given assurance that they would do thier best for us. For sure they didn't disappoint with assurances. Communication was 1st class, especially with Simon. Mums property was sold after a few views, which was great and at the best price. Foxtons liaised with the buyers, mums solicitors and even our estate agents for mums new property. The whole sale and purchase experience has been nothing but smooth, thanks to Foxtons....well Thanks Simon 😊

Ezgi has been most helpful with my ongoing search to finding a property within my budget and has always kept me up to date with properties new on the market. She is very dedicated to finding the right property and listened to my requirements. Furthermore, Ezgi is very professional which goes hand in hand with her exceptional customer service. GoogleOliver Mint has been really helpful to us during our house hunting. He has listened carefully to our must-have's and good-to-have's for the potential property and his recommendations have been spot on and thus not wasting any of our and his time with viewings that get you nowhere (he has taken onboard our comments from previous viewings and adjusted his recommendations as such). He has been accommodative with the timing of the viewings due to our work schedule and this has very much been appreciated from our side. Having dealt with other estate agents in the past, I can say that for me Oliver is one of the best in the Newham area. Thanks Oliver!

GoogleMy husband and I had an excellent experience of Foxtons, mainly thanks to our main contact, Oliver Mint, who really was fantastic. Ollie went completely out of his way to help us find the right sort of property and then really fought our case to help secure the sale for us. Even though it ultimately didn't work out, I still can't sing the praises of Ollie and his team highly enough. He even helped out on a separate, property-related matter with some professional advice which was above and beyond the call of duty. Even though it's expensive, I can see that it is Foxtons' people that really set them apart as a brand. I can see we will be using them again in future, for sure..

GoogleWe met Tanya Robinson only a couple of months ago in our hunt for an investment property, she was the last person (and property) of the day and we arrived having thought we'd made our decision on something else, but she changed our minds in the friendliest, least pressured way. She managed to re-assure our expectations of a buy-to-let in the Forest Gate area and was supportive throughout. Fortunately for us it was our quickest, easiest sale yet, but at any point Tanya was available to chat if needed. We'd highly recommend her.

GoogleFirst thing I would say is that, this was a lengthy process and Tanya was fantastic throughout. I have spoken to/dealt with many different estate agents from larger and smaller firms and Tanya stood out as the most competent, knowledgeable and helpful by a distance. She quickly understood the key things I was looking for in a property, which made the visit process much more relevant as we rarely 'wasted' viewings (beneficial for both parties). In terms of the local area, Tanya was very knowledgeable and detail-oriented - I asked a number of questions and this helped plot where would be the ideal location and more importantly, why. The estate agent works for the buyer (primary objective: achieving the best price possible). I could see that with a less-able estate agent, from a buyer's perspective - it could feel at times that you do not have much/any support during the process. However, Tanya takes the pragmatic and logical stance that - the objective for everyone is to get the deal done. I really felt that this was not a one-sided process at all and I believe she did an excellent job managing and balancing the relationships on both sides. I really appreciate the considerable time spent, at times above and beyond what would be within the 'standard' remit. This was vital in coming to an agreement and being able to complete.

GoogleHaving recently purchased a property in January I dealt with Oliver Mint and Kingshuk Dasgupter at Foxtons in Stratford. The process was quite lengthy and challenging due to there seller however my dealings with Foxtons allowed the experience to run as smoothly as possible by receiving continued contact and regular updates. This was very important to me and key to maintaining valuable peace of mind throughout the period leading to the successful purchase of the property. I experienced a non pressured professional approach with a responsive, attentive and friendly service throughout, one that I would definitely recommend!

We had a specific area we wanted to buy and Oliver did his best to give us as much viewings as he could per day. He found us a great property with so much potential. The property was not in the exact location we were searching, but it was close and still in a great location. We are glad that we dealt with Oliver, he found us a great home and made the whole process pleasant.

GoogleTogether with my partner we have started house hunting in February this year. We have contacted countless agencies at a time and Foxtons Stratford with Oliver Mint as a representative has immediately standed out. We felt that we have been given adequate understanding of our needs, care and time needed to make decisions as well as personal advice and visiting different places. Even with a very tight budget and long list of must haves we have been always taken seriously. We have really enjoyed working with Ollie who has created a good bond with us and has been always keen to help and assist throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Ollie and Foxtons Stratford to our friends and family. Also hopefully in the future we'd be expanding our property portfolio and would certainly start and hope to complete again with Foxtons.
