YellOutstanding thus far
Adam has been very efficient and pro-active thus far in the sale of our property. I had contacted three estate agents in Newent and found that Naylor Powell came up trumps on communication and reliability.We have not sold yet but I feel confident that entering into a contract with this estate agent is a good move - pardon the pun!This review will be updated, as with my business in flat roofing I think it is important that reviews are made to give others feedback on performance. GoogleWe are just completing the purchase of our new home with Naylor Powell and we have received nothing but exceptional service. Saying that the buying process has been tricky is the understatement of the century and Adam from Naylor has gone above and beyond at every step to keep the momentum going, including sitting in a hold queue with Severn Trent to try and get to the bottom of a drainage query. Throughout the whole process he has kept a calm and friendly demeanour and has kept us updated at every twist and turn. I have no worries about thoroughly recommending the Naylor Powell team

They were happy to arrange extra viewings for us and went to the property to double check things for us without any hesitation and no inconvenience to them. AVOID THESE LYING UNPROFESSIONAL THEIVES. They misinform you and SET YOU UP to LOSE ALL YOUR DEPOSIT MONEY. They took photographs at the inventory and LIED about them when leaving the tenancy. THEY FIDDLED THE DATE AND TIME STAMP showing faults that WERE NOT THERE on the inventory because they SET US UP to keep the deposit.They are aggressive,rude,MARC FOX IS A BULLY AND SEXIST CHAUVIST. The codes in the car park and door codes HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED IN OVER 6 YEARS. SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ON THE DOCKS DO NOT WORK SO BIKES, CARS and MOTORBIKES are BEING STOLEN OFTEN. Yet NAYLOR POWELL DO NOT CARE THEY DO NOTHING. THIEVES AND DRUG DEALERS FREQUENT AREA BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW USELESS NAYLOR POWELL ARE. They are by far THE WORST COMPANY EVER - AVOID AT ALL COSTS>YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
