GoogleI've just bought a house through Naylor Powell and they were great. I mainly dealt with Maria who was really friendly and helpful and kissed really well between myself and the vendors. I would definitely use them again if I move

During that time we had regular contact with Scott, Maria and Adam. Forever positive and happy to advise. GoogleWhilst we didn’t end up purchasing a property through Naylor Powell, this was at no fault of Scott who was brilliant throughout . Friendly , welcoming , and professional, Scott put us at ease as first time buyers who have no clue what they’re doing 😂 If we were considering buying in the area again, we’d most certainly do so with Scott and the team.

They knew from day one what it was we were looking for and would pick up the phone the minute they saw something that suited our criteria, it felt like they really listened and understood. We ended up with a wonderful home which ticked every box. No amount of queries ever seemed too much and one of the team at Naylor Powell would always get back to me usually within the same day. I would get regular updates of where we were in the process, and they were happy to work around our needs (having 2 young children) in terms of viewings etc. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough, and wouldn’t think twice about using them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThis sale was a tricky process, what should have been a traightforward but ended up quite a stressful experience. However, without the support and understanding from all at Naylor Poweell, we would have withdrawn and lost the sale. Naylor Powell and the whole team kept us informed and gave good solid advice when times got tricky. In the time of uncertainty the team kept us on the right track that ended in a successful sale. This estate agent is highly recomended to sell a house and the comments here is not enough to show our appreciation. Thank you.

GoogleProperty valuation vastly over inflated to gain market share on one of our properties, the other priced purely to sell to a potential purchaser whose offer had been declined in the area. After sale paid 2 thirds of the bill whilst disputing the total amount, instantly and aggressively was threatened with court action and interest potentially to be added on as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WE WERE DEALING WITH ADAM.
Naylor Powell were employed to sell a property for this client. The property was sold at an agreed price which the client confirmed he was happy with. At no point during the transaction did this client raise that he was unhappy with any part of Naylor Powell’s service. When instructed we used our contacts and skills as estate agents to match a buyer. We knew this buyer was looking in the area and promptly agreed a sale at a price accepted by the seller. By definition, this is the role of an estate agent. There were no aggressive emails, far from it. After being told by the client full payment of our fees was not being sent, it was highlighted that there was a contract in place for payment of fees. Had the client raised any concerns during the transaction these would have been addressed. However, to simply pay less than the agreed fee after completion and state that’s all he wants to pay is not acceptable to any business.
