GoogleVery very very rude staff. Will happily lose their temper with you and hang up the phone if you ask too many questions. They don't work as a team and all with give a different answer/explanation of what is going on.
As a potential tenant, i would avoid like the plague. The company is listed under multiple names with the same director. They list under one company on rightmove and another on zoopla. One of which has a dead phone line. Everything about them screams suspicious and potentially a scam. I would also question why their business was nearly struck off at companies house. Someone who deals with paperwork for a living shouldn't make any filing amateur mistakes.
For any landlords looking for a cheap agent, also avoid. They are talking to your potential clients as if they own the properties they are letting and couldn't care less. This is potentially costing you money.
How these people have stayed in business is beyond me.
Also, a number of the 5 star reviews...google their names and you will find where they work!

Me and my partner rang up and viewed an apartment with HM Residential and were extremely pleased/excited and set on this particular property.
A few days later we travelled to the office on West Road, Newcastle from Chester-le-Street to discus a few questions we had to do with furniture, parking and payments which needed to be made. These questions couldn't be answered straight away as the owner could not get in touch with the landlord. We both received personal information and guarantor forms to be filled out to start renting the property in September. We left the office very happy and in total belief that the apartment was ours because of how much interest we showed.
A week later, after making special trips to get the guarantor forms signed, my partner rang up to make another appointment hand the forms in and to pay for the first months rent and admission fees so we could move into the apartment the end of August. To our complete shock my partner was told that the flat had been rented out by someone else!
In disbelief they told my partner that we should never of received the personal information and guarantor forms with paying a holding fee for the property. Not once did anyone state we needed to pay a holding fee to secure the property, we would have obviously paid it if we knew!!
Two days later we visited to the office again and were we were told there was no way we could get the flat we wanted and we had to even ask for an apology from the owner.
We have been left angry and extremely frustrated. We would STRONGLY advise no one to go through this company if they are wanting to rent or buy a property!!! Disgraceful.
