My partner and I recently moved into a new rented property. Throughout the process, Abbie was quick to answer emails and was incredibly friendly! When the landlord was slow to respond, she would do her best to accelerate the process and kept us updated along the way. She even went out of her way to get some unwanted furniture removed from the unfurnished property, which the landlord initially said he was leaving. Really impressed with the service provided - thanks Abbie :)

I've moved into my new home in late September. I was in a rush to find a house and was outside the UK. Nevertheless, the process was quick and smooth thanks to Abbie Percival who was helpful and quick in giving advice. Thanks again. Also, Pat Robson has a good online system to report any fixes required and they will help to call in the proper contractor. The team were responsive. Very convenient.

Had a really good experience renting from Pat Robson. Their Report a repair system made it really easy to notify of any problems and these were always swiftly dealt with. They were very good at making sure all the annual checks of the property and electrics were carried out and up to date - Brian was especially useful in this regard and it was nice to always have the same friendly face conducting the flat checks!

Pat robson have been the best letting agency I have dealt with whilst finding a property, Danielle showed me around the property and answered any questions I had once I had submitted my application Abbie took over and was able to help me through the process (something I have never done before) which made the whole experience easy anytime I had questions they responded the same day very friendly and helpful team who literally help organise everything with step by step process updates could recommend them enough. I have had a wonderful time renting through Pat Robson. They have been Incredibly helpful with every step towards my move in and move out giving me advise on how I should be leaving the property which has made the deposit process so much easier than other companies I have rented from in the past. An Employee called Emma made the experience so easy, especially after moving in. She was always getting back to me on the same day and was always understanding when issues did occur. I would most definitely recommend renting with this company.

While ultimately I haven't rented anywhere with the company (hence not giving a 5!) the service from Rebecca as part of the viewing process of two properties was excellent. As I couldn't make the viewings and my mother attended on my behalf Rebecca was supportive, jumped on a video call with me and also helped video the property for it to be shared by Whatsapp. Brilliant support, friendly and responsive through out the process.
