The Newcastle branch was established in 2004 and has built up an excellent reputation for customer service and high levels of client retention. With staff qualified to ARICS level we deliver a range of flexible lettings and sales services across Tyneside. The business has expanded over this period and now occupies offices at Denton Burn giving easy access across Newcastle and South of the river to Gateshead. Our speciality is our Guaranteed Rent product which has proved popular with a range of landlords and our accompanied viewing service on sales properties ensures that w e are working hard at selling your property and not just arranging viewings for you to carry out!

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your neighbours. We do take noise issues seriously however we are not able to prevent people from making noise. We do have procedures which we have followed. I am sure we will have asked you to reach out to the council who will help you deal with this as they are best placed to confirm if the noise is over an acceptable level. We will reach out to the tenants again. The council will once they have investigated get in contact with. We are aware that you are not one of our tenant or clients and that you are actually a neighbour of a property we manage. You may not be happy with the landlords decision but it is unfair to to try and discredit Northwood because you don't agree with the decision made.
