Worse experience EVER please do not use this agency if you have to sale a flat. I should look at Trustpilot!If I can avoid for you to do this mistake I made! So unprofessional, I was selling my property with them and let me tell you what a mess, they manage to loss the buyer on the way….. Unbelievable

I wish I could give negative stars. The WORST service we have ever had in our lives. The owner (Chris) even refused to talk to us or remove the unedible burger from our bill. I have been a regular for 10+ years. Sadly, i will NEVER return. I have never been treated worse by a server and owner. They swore at us even though THEY were in the wrong!!!! Absolutely awful!!!!

GoogleContacted Northwood when looking for a flat. Flat provided was Perfect with reasonable price. The service was A*****. Very helpful staff and provided clear and transparent information throughout my stay including my checkout. Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again. Thank you.

Appalling service, I am shocked they are even still in business. I have been trying to book a viewing for almost a month now for a house in Gateshead and the agency has cancelled on me on 3 separate occasions, after I took time off work for the viewings.We had a fourth viewing booked for this afternoon and they just called me to cancel once again because the house has now been confirmed by someone else!

Rude, immoral, unprofessional and greedy agency. Worst of all, they ignored bullying compliants against their employees. A company as this that tolerates harassment shouldn’t continue to exist. Take your money and business else where.

Their Solihull branch are amazing. Hands down the most responsive, helpful and pleasant estate agents we’ve ever rented off in our collective 10 years of renting. Absolutely useless. I went to view a property the estate agent knew nothing about it and couldn’t even tell me the age of it - not informative at all. When I called up the next day I was promised a call back as they hadn’t responded to texts and then missed out on the property because of their poor communication.Would definitely not recommend.

I used Northwood in Leeds to sell my property recently and would definitely recommend them. They were down to earth, genuine and honest, unlike most estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Matthew Housam in sales is a really down to earth and helpful guy and Tyler in sales progression is friendly and genuine - I would not hesitate to recommend them for conveyancing

Once you rent it, it becomes pretty much useless for any fixing or agreements that were made verbally. You have to deal with rudeness and lies all the time. I feel sad for all the tenants signing up with them
