GoogleJust don't get your student house from groves, really bad communication. Took our deposit and let the house out to a different group of students and didn't tell us until most the other houses had already gone!
Dear Beth, We have responded several times to both yourself and your guarantor regarding this situation. Please see below the last reply given. We can fully understand the frustration surrounding the situation and we as a company did everything we could to reassure that party this was nothing to do with us and not something we condone. We were in full contact with the landlord but unfortunately the landlord agreed two lets with two different agents, which we were unaware of until they called to inform us that of the situation, and that they were proceeding with the other party. As soon as the staff were informed by the landlord they contacted the party and returned the holding fee to them. The staff did everything they could to find an alternative property immediately for them, they sent the party a list of all other suitable properties to look through and also contacted other landlords to negotiated lower rental prices for the party. The party did not get back to the staff to arrange any viewings. We have apologised for this situation over several correspondence but unfortunately the situation was out of our control.

GoogleI left my rental a month early so on the exit check they said there was windowsill dust and a cobweb in the kitchen. They took £212 off my bond. Absolute thieves. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHARKS.

I have been a tennant through my property box for nearly 2 years.Any issues that came up they dealt with quickly and efficiently and were always communicating with me regarding any repairs.Was always very polite and a pleasure to talk to when I phoned them.Highly recommend renting through them

GoogleMalcolm and Jasmine provide an excellent service in the management team. Any problems are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. They come to me with solutions and have a team of reasonably priced tradespeople they use. Our tenants have also commented that they are the best management company they have dealt with.
