I have moved quite a few times in Newcastle over the last few years and never had particularly good experiences with letting agents. My experience with Mansons was completely different in that they were very professional and efficient. They kept me up to date all the way through, I never had to ask information or chase them on anything, and all the staff I had dealings with were very friendly and helpful.

We spent two years at a Mansons managed property and we were always impressed with their professional and friendly manner. Any issues we had with the property were dealt with swiftly where possible.
