The Trusted AgentThe Quick Response of the Property Management Department
Unfortunately our house mate failed to find some of the issues with the property before we moved in (I am a student at Northumbria University so at the time of viewing the house I was living at the other end of the country as it was out of term time).
However after recognising some of the issues when we moved in at the start of term (late August), we forwarded this to the property management department and they were very quick at dealing with said problems, and also tried their best at receiving any additional furniture from the landlord that we needed on short notice.
Any problems we have had since, the management department has dealt with in at least 24hrs (e.g. when the washing machine broke) and also providing information and forwarding us to the right people in particular situations (e.g. when the key broke in the front door lock).

I was very happy with the level of service I received from Mansons. The customer service from all consultants was brilliant! The agent I dealt with most often was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had any questions he was readily available to take my calls, done everything he could to get the answers I required and was quick to get back to me. He made the entire process very easy!
Could not recommend this agency and their consultants enough.

Estate agents often don't have the best of reputations, but since using Mansons, they have earned my respect and praise. The whole team were so helpful and respectful and kept me fully informed all the way through. What appeared to be a daunting process, turned out to be a smooth and easy one.. They did everything they said they would do, and more. They were all so polite, welcoming and friendly. To top it all , the house was sold in days! I would definitely use them again.

The Trusted AgentEverything is simple and quick
This is my first time to move, though I have lived in Newcastle for three years. I went to different agencies before coming across Mansons. Previous experiences were really tiring, as properties are mostly disappointing(look different from website picture) and the offices gave stressful feeling.
I didn't expect much when I visited Mansons office, but surprisingly the office is very nice and peaceful and the staffs are friendly and helpful and most importantly they don't push you like most Sales did. I signed to the first property that I viewed. All the processes have been pretty easy and straight-forward. Really glad to find this one! Both the property and the agent. Hope this satisfaction is to be maintained in future encounters.

They responded to my initial request and come out the following day to a property I wished to rent. Mansons experience and understanding of the type of people who wold be attracted to the property, along with their extensive local knowledge, allowed them to quickly assess the the market and make a recommendation on the most appropriate rental to charge. They also went to lengths to explain the process involved and also the modifications that were required to make the property meet legal requirements. They even offered to provide costed contractors to carry out these modifications if required. All in all a thoroughly professional service; I cannot commend Mansons highly enough.

We have worked with Mansons for several years now, mainly for finding tenants but we also use their management service as well. On the rare occasions we have decided to sell some of our properties again they have come up trumps.
I couldn't recommend them more highly, their staff are a real credit. Excellent local knowledge and importantly for us they are not afraid to pick up the phone and give you constructive feedback when required, something some agents forget but is essential when you have a large portfolio to maintain.
Communication and customer service is excellent, it is reassuring to know if we send someone an email a response is not far away, especially when time is limited.
You only have to look at some of their professional property pictures in advertisement to see they understand that something so minor can make such a big difference.
