GoogleA BAD COMPANY TO USE there ok to an extent, but in terms of the bidding system and leading you on it cost me a lot of wasted money in which i wont go into now but there sales assistant was kinda rude and the process of buying a house with this estate agent is stressful. The company need to sort out major issues in the company. I bought house from another estate agents which the gentlemen was much better, and straight forward process with no stress in buying i would advise people to go to another estate agents because of this.

GoogleAs a no chain cash buyer I wanted to view a property that this estate agents had for sale in cheshire, however I had to wait 2 weeks to be able to get a viewing because they "dont do viewings outside of 9-5", what kind of estate agent doesnt do out of office hours viewings? I'm waiting to view this property I'm desperately interested in but cant go and view it. Come on guys this is the 21st century. When I did eventually get a viewing the agent (john) who showed me around couldn't answer ANY of my questions, kept saying to "ask the office because I don't know". Absolutely terrible. Now I see why their properties stay on the market for so long, I can't even be bothered with the hassle anymore with this estate agent and will be avoiding any properties being sold by this agent in the future as their customer service is awful. Save yourself the time and avoid this agent like the plague.
