Great help from Lauren Tagg who helped me to secure a project. She went over and beyond on the day of the viewing, in no rush and providing lots of information and value allowing me to further go on to make an informed decision to purchase the property. I hope to do much business with Lauren and team going forward! Edit: Would also like to commend Francesca Beardmore who help me with a property valuation, she was very helpful and knowledgable throughout giving me confidence on my project and reinforcing and providing new ideas to consider. I have been dealing with your Newcastle under Lyme branch for sometime now as I am a property investor. Julia is excellent, very professional, helpful, efficient and friendly, an asset to any company! Frankie is also great, he is always on time for my viewings, very keen to offer helpful information about the property, and if I ask something that he dosen't know the answer to he finds it out and gets back to me very quickly, which is of course very important to enable one to move forward with a potential purchase. I can't express my gratitude enough to Julia and her team. We purchased our property along side a firm of solicitors as my husband has to have a deputyship for such matters, so along side the stress of buying a property there was an awful lot of added stress solely due to the fact of all the backwards and forwards with 2 lots of solicitors. When I went into branch, venting as I did quite regularly, I would come out soothed and calm as Julia has such a wonderful way of listening and reassuring me. As a buyer they are a complete nightmare CREWE branch. Try to get an appointment and they want you to wait 2 weeks till they can get all interested parties to do block viewings one would assume to start a bidding war. Do the sellers know they use these tactics? What do you have to do to buy a house through them? I have seen several properties that I know would suit but cant view. Same 2 years ago when both my daughter and I were moving to the area and buying separate properties. Constant obstacles to prevent viewing. Same now that I unfortunately need to move again. I dread seeing a property come on the market with BJB .No point in trying to explain away your AWUL SERVICE. So, after waiting the 2 weeks I arrive at the property at the appointed time and no Estate Agent. So, I phone the office and get transferred to an INDIAN CALL CENTRE who tells me to stay put the agent is. on their way. He will call the agent now and to stay till the agent calls me. Well, we waited 30 minutes and left having wasted the whole morning planning around this appointment. One week on, still waiting for phone call.So, PAUL ROSCOE, if your commitment is to your sellers you are doing them a great DISSERVICE if a committed buyer cannot get to view their property. And you provide a free service to buyers????? What service. There is no service. No matter, I will contact sellers directly from now on to let them know how you DONT sell their property. As a buyer, do you think I can continually wait around for weeks on end whilst you try to create a budding frenzy.. Not a chance. Such a pity that people dont sell their homes every day so they have no idea what a trap they are falling into when they sign up for your awful service.

The team at BJB have been so helpful and professional since we made contact with them back in June 2022. Suzanne Clark in the Sandbach office was in regular contact with us sending possible properties to review and regular phone calls to see how our sale was processing. She helpfully introduced us to the Nantwich team which led to us viewing our perfect retirement home, we have since had an offer accepted and we hope to move to Cheshire in January 2023. Horrendous!!!!

A dreadful experience. I am a landlord, and was gobsmacked at the fees these clowns charged for their services. I have been charged £60 and £90 by two other agents to serve a section 13 advising of a rent increase.( a one page downloadable form which requires the insertion of a couple of names and addresses on along with the proposed rent increase. BKB's fee for this service?? £250!!!!!!! based on this and their overall very poor communication skills and speed with which they act on instructions, (snails pace) I have decided to remove my property from their management, once I have paid their extortionate six weeks rent plus VAT severance fee. They really should be out out of business.
