Really poor customer service. Both me and my wife have had dealings with them to book viewings on properties and each time they have been really short and rude with us. There is no way i would get them to sell my house if that is how they treat potential buyers.

Since my below review we’ve now been living at the property for 3 months, we are looked after by the property management team and I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with James recently for issues and communication about the property. He is so lovely and is always so profesional & goes the extra mile. If you have a property to sell, we would really recommend the Newcastle branch of Butters John Bee Estate Agents. Nathan Barclay, a very pleasant, polite young man dealt with the sale of our property and he was absolutely brilliant! He kept us in the picture at all times so we never had to spend time chasing him up. Any queries were always dealt with promptly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he clearly enjoys and is enthusiastic about his job.
