GoogleJude has come to visit a couple of times now, and she is really friendly and professional. I would give 5 stars but Jones Robinson as a whole is not good with communicating with each other and had a few issues since moving to Newbury. This is a shame as there are some quality people like Jude working there but others let the business down.

GoogleWe recently used Jones Robinson to sell our house in Newbury. This is the second time they have sold for us. As always they were professional and extremely efficient despite being under pressure to complete the sale before a specific date. We dealt mainly with Beth and Paula who were superb with communication, initial marketing and sales progression. JR have also helped us with house and room rentals which again always ran smoothly with support and advice always available when needed. As an agent they work to the highest of standards and we highly recommend their services.

GoogleFirst class service from a first class estate agents. Paula and James are simply the dream team and I wouldn’t use anyone else. The virtual tour and photos beat any other estate agents in my view and you get a really personalised service. This is the 2nd time that Jones robinson has sold my property on the first viewing for full asking price. The sales progression is also worth it’s weight in gold!
