Phil really fought our corner to get the best deal. They instilled great confidence. I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Jones Robinson, the property management firm responsible for overseeing the apartment complex where I reside. The challenges we face as residents are numerous and alarming. Firstly, the lift in the building has been non-functional for over a year now, causing immense inconvenience, particularly to elderly and people with disabilities. This prolonged lack of action is unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for the well-being of tenants. Additionally, both the front and back doors, which are supposed to be electronically guarded for security purposes, have been malfunctioning. This has left the building vulnerable to unauthorized access, posing a serious safety risk to residents. It's alarming to note that anyone can enter the premises freely, compromising our security and peace of mind. Furthermore, the presence of homeless individuals inside the property has become a recurring issue. Despite efforts to address this concern with the management, the situation persists, with homeless people frequently occupying the pathways of the property. This not only affects the safety and cleanliness of the environment but also creates discomfort for residents. Despite repeated attempts to communicate these issues to Jones Robinson, our concerns have fallen on deaf ears. The lack of responsiveness and action from the management leaves us with no choice but to express our grievances publicly. It's disheartening that basic amenities and security measures are being neglected, jeopardizing the well-being of residents. I urge potential tenants to reconsider renting properties managed by Jones Robinson until they demonstrate a commitment to addressing these pressing issues and prioritize the welfare of their residents.

I initially contacted 2 local estate agents. I very much got rail roaded into going with the other which I severely lived to regret. Once out of contract I went with Jones Robinson. My house was soon sold. The service was excellent from start to finish. Professional and helpful with all staff going above and beyond to both sell the house and support me through the process and with help finding a new home. Beth initially looked after us with helpful advise every step of the way and also has a good knowledge of legal aspects. Once sold I was passed to Paula Rudge in Progressions who continually kept me updated and kept on top of the solicitors and other agents / buyers in the chain to make it go through as fast and as smoothly as possible. Phone calls to the office are always returned and all staff members are always helpful and polite both in the office and on viewings of my home to others and properties with them that I viewed. They made me feel valued and confident in all advice I sought from them. They were always very open and honest. They are slightly more expensive than some others but you truly do get what you pay for and saving a small amount can be a costly mistake as I discovered at the start. Would 100% recommend and have done so to several friends who have also used them and been very satisfied.
