GoogleAfter unsuccessfully listing my property with another agent, Chancellors were able to find a purchaser very quickly. I dealt with Luke Dixon in particular, who was great. He always very friendly, whilst maintaining professionalism. In hindsight, I should have gone with them in the first place. Thank you very much.

GoogleUnfortunately very substandard management and time waste for a potential tenant, so do not recommend you to spare a lot of time to this agency. You don`t get one dedicated contact to help with your property search and they are somehow always on holidays so basically you don`t get anyone. Hard to reach on the phone and email. Again, 2 years ago, they made me fill pages for a house and 1 hour later came to me said they gave the house to someone else ( then why do you get all those details from us and waste our time, instead of getting some general info?) i have seen much better estate agents. Last time they made me remove my comment promising for better experience which again didn`t happen. Again, the agents are nice but they just don`t have vision about customer experience at all. So unfortunately do not recommend.

GoogleI always find the search for new properties daunting, however, Brooke Shepherd did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in helping us find what we need, from keeping an eye out to matching properties, and calling us when those were available to answering any question we might have had.

FacebookZERO STARS. Simply the worst agency out there. Will not stop calling no matter how many times you tell them to remove you from their system. Do not give them your phone number let alone your property. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company EVER! Find and use a local agency - I’ve never had an issue with anyone except Chancellors!

FacebookHow they treat staff and can fire their staff when they have been told medically and by government rules to self isolate due to illness. To then have a call From manager to fire them! Which this member of staff previously offered to work from home ! Absolutey disgusting and to kick somebody down when poorly as well! Shame on you!!
