GoogleFrom meeting representatives of three Newark Estate Agents to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I chose Oliver Reilly because of Oliver’s enthusiasm and, being a smaller concern, he offered a more personal touch at this difficult time. As I lived 250 miles away Oliver assured me that he would make himself available when anyone in the sale process needed access to the house. He went above and beyond to do this. His marketing was very impressive and including an online video tour. He advised me on local solicitors and energy assessors and had prospective buyers through the door the day after the bungalow went on the market. It was sold in the first week when it was seen by seven different couples. Oliver kept me informed of who was viewing and let me know their comments immediately after their visit. He always responded promptly to my emails and phone calls during and out of hours.
The customer service was brilliant from beginning to end and I would recommend Oliver Reilly with no hesitation. Thanks Oliver.

Our proposed bad attitude is equally matched by yours Mr Garner. I do not think its correct for you to speak to a member of my staff in the way that you have. Nor have we acted incorrectly. The offer you made under the asking price was submitted to our vendor. It was too low. As confirmed and also pre-empted in our conversation before we submitted it to her.
I feel more sorry for your difficult nature, sharp tone and awful attitude for someone who hasn't got what they wanted. Our vendor is perfectly happy with our actions and service and has been made fully aware of the negative conversation we had earlier today. We felt the need to express your thoughts and feelings and openly shared the contents of the conversation with her, which hasn't changed her feelings. She has and always will remain our priority. If you wanted the property that badly you would have offered the asking price. Instead you threw your toys out the pram and felt the need to slate my business. Unnecessarily.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. It's just a shame you weren't able to channel your frustrations into finding a resolution and moving forward positively. I hope this review gives you a small degree of satisfaction.
