GoogleI have had viewings at several of the properties in theirr portfolio over the last couple of months and wanted to say that the reputation of the company in the market is unparalleled.
This Saturday I saw 4 of theirr properties and all of the sellers were very pleased with the service they had received, which is telling in itself.
Whilst all the team have been really good to me but I have to single Mel out an absolute tour de force of customer service excellence. I am only able to visit the area on a Saturday and book multiple viewing in a day, Mel has accommodated, bent and flexed to get us in to as many properties as possible, whilst also remembering which properties we did not get to see last time and prioritising those.
She is fantastic, dedicated and phenomenally hard working as well as polite and friendly. Oliver leads the team, his team work hard for you, but Mel is truly the star of the show from those we have dealt with so far.

It’s really disappointing to receive your review, Sarah.
As one of Newark’s leading agents, we are not in favour of listing a property at an inflated price. However, at the request of a vendor, we are happy to oblige and test the market above the recommended valuation. November and December are arguably the two slowest months of the year, which halved our contractual time to sell your home by 50%, combining that with a higher than recommended asking price does not help the situation. That is by no-means an excuse but merely a fact. The lack of feedback didn’t help but with little personnel coming through the door, we had no one to obtain feedback from.
When you found a property you wanted to buy, the sales manager reviewed the level of interest and advised you to consider the marketing of the property. We discussed altering the photos, a vendor visit by a member of the sales team and amending the price to maximise interest. These changes generated fresh interest, and we hoped to find you a buyer at the correct price in a fair amount of time. Your property was then listed with an alternative agent, at an even lower price, resulting in a sale. It would have been interesting to see if we could have sold your property at that reduced guide price! Something we’ll now never know…
I don’t feel it warrants a low review, let alone a 1 star one but that’s the beauty of this modern-day world, people can express their feedback, very easily, to any business. It’s then down to the public to read between the lines themselves.

I cannot rate Oliver Reilly high enough, I would give him 10 stars if I could. Both Oliver and Mel worked tirelessly to market my property. Oliver put himself out to be at the property on a specific day and time, which was convenient for us to value the property and following that, viewings were arranged by Oliver and Mel with precision and a sale was achieved almost immediately. Oliver and Mel were both extremely professional, friendly and caring at all times. The sale was emotionally difficult for me and they handled everything for me so well so as not to involve me directly in the process. They kept me completely updated and they were extremely proactive. Even Oliver’s dad played a part. The whole team are amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
